The series, which is based on the first four books, is currently being filmed in Piombino in Tuscany, writes Expressen.

The main characters, true crime author Erica and her police husband Patrik, are played by Vanessa Incontrada and Francesco Scianna.

Camilla Läckberg, 51, passed the dream limit of 40 million sold books in the spring. Now only Astrid Lindgren and Stieg Larsson have sold more books than her among Swedish authors.

Really cool. I'm competitive and wanted to pass Henning Mankell. It was a milestone for me, she says to Expressen.

Recently, a French version of "Fjällbackamorden" was also made with the same producer who is behind the Italian version.
