The company is one of the larger companies in the scaffolding industry in Sweden and has been operating on several major constructions.

According to Byggnads' investigation, the company is violating the collective agreement. The company has paid for a 40-hour workweek but the employees have been working ten hours a day and on Saturdays for several years.

"In this way, the company has made millions on unpaid wages, overtime pay, Sunday pay and several other benefits that the employees were entitled to", the union writes in a press release.

The state has also been cheated out of social fees and taxes, according to the union.
