Business in the wind power industry creates major players in the Nordics

Among other things, Cloudberry is buying the Lundin family's wind farms in the energy company Orrön. Payment is being made with shares, making Orrön the largest owner of the Norwegian company.

"The wind farms we are now taking over consist of well-established facilities in attractive price zones in Sweden and Finland. This acquisition makes us the largest independent listed power producer in the Nordics, and we are taking major steps in our growth strategy," says Anders Lenborg, CEO of Cloudberry Clean Energy, in a press release.
