Among other things, Cloudberry is buying the Lundin family's wind farms in the energy company Orrön. Payment is being made with shares, making Orrön the largest owner of the Norwegian company.

This acquisition makes us the largest independent listed power producer in the Nordics, and we are taking major steps in our growth strategy," says Anders Lenborg, CEO of Cloudberry Clean Energy, in a press release.
