The driver, who lost control of the bus on a curve, was initially suspected of driving under the influence of drugs. Now, test results have shown that he was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, writes Sydsvenskan.
The man has said that he does not remember anything about the incident because he lost consciousness.
"We believe there was nothing wrong with the bus. Everything points to it being a case of illness," municipal police officer Fredrik Wahlöö told the newspaper.
