Five of the people, including the driver, were taken to hospital by ambulance. Region Skåne reports in its injury report that five people are being treated for minor injuries. They are four men and a younger woman.
The bus driver, a man in his 40s, was arrested during the afternoon and the case is classified as gross negligence in traffic, gross drug driving and causing bodily harm, according to police.
The area remains cordoned off while waiting for rescue services.
