The woman was taken out of the villa by smoke divers. The police are searching for another person who may have been in the home.
It is not possible to enter the rubble yet, says police spokesperson Mats Eriksson.
Relatives have been notified.
The fire was reported at 5 p.m. on Monday. Police have opened a preliminary investigation into arson to determine how the fire started, and will remain at the scene overnight.
