Overtime games don't seem to be Buffalo's specialty. In last night's NHL game, the team fell in overtime – for the third game in a row.
The team can thank Rasmus Dahlin for the fact that the score was 3–3 after three periods – at least in part. The home team Boston took the lead on the power play after Dahlin was sent off for tripping, but the Swedish defenseman was then behind Buffalo's goal to reduce the score to 1–2.
In the third period, he also played Alex Tuch, who tied the game at 3–3.
However, in overtime, Boston managed to make it 4–3.
