The air strikes were carried out in cooperation with American forces and targeted drone factories outside the capital Sana.
The drones manufactured there are of the same type as those used by the movement in their attacks on ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
"As an additional precautionary measure, the attack was carried out after nightfall, when the likelihood of civilians being in the area decreased further," writes the British Ministry of Defence.
Since mid-March, Huthi-controlled areas in Yemen have been subjected to American airstrikes almost daily. Over 1,000 targets have been attacked and "hundreds" of fighters and several leaders of the movement have been killed, according to the US military.
US President Donald Trump has previously stated that the attacks will continue until the Huthi movement is no longer a threat to shipping in the Red Sea.
