"Drones have shaped this war and will be crucial to how it ends. That is why today I am announcing the UK's largest drone aid this year," said Defence Secretary John Healey at the press conference after another meeting of the so-called Ukraine Defence Contact Group.
The British support follows new German pledges on Tuesday. Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov also thanked Belgium, Bulgaria, Norway and Estonia for recent contributions.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius also believes that the EU's billion-dollar loan to Ukraine will soon become a reality.
"After the elections in Hungary, I expect that the blockade in the EU will soon be lifted. Ukraine can trust us," said Pistorius after the meeting in Berlin.
