What a week Brighton have had. On Wednesday, the team faced Manchester United at Old Trafford and won 3-2 in the League Cup.
Last season's champions Arsenal were overrun on Saturday. Pascal Gross gave the home team the lead after half an hour and, just before the half-time break, Charalampos Kostoulas doubled the lead.
In the second half, Brighton, with international midfielder Yasin Ayari starting, were on the attack. When Chema Andres headed in to make it 3-0 in the 57th minute, the game was over.
Viktor Gyökeres, who has barely had any playing time at the start of the season, started on the bench again. The international striker came on in the 70th minute but didn't make a big impact.
