The former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi has reached an agreement with Marseille, the French club announced on Monday.
Marseille reports that the club has a "principle agreement" with De Zerbi and that they are working to finalise everything within the coming days.
Roberto De Zerbi takes over the reins from Jean-Louis Gasset. Marseille finished eighth in the French league this year.
