Two teenage boys in Malmö are convicted by the Court of Appeal for aggravated child rape. On February 16 this year, a minor girl in the Nydala residential area in Malmö was threatened with being stabbed and was then forced into sexual acts.
Just like in the District Court, the Court of Appeal sentences one of the boys to one year of youth supervision and the other to ten months of closed youth care.
Several witnesses were questioned in connection with the crime and there have been several pieces of evidence against the boys – including, among other things, sperm traces from the crime scene as well as communication via social media between the suspected boys and the girl.
One of the boys is also convicted of child pornography, offensive photography, and obstruction of justice in addition to the rape.
