Police at the scene filed a report of offensive photography this morning, and the boy's cell phone was seized.
The boy is under 15 years old, and police have therefore contacted his guardian and informed social services.
About ten scouts have previously suspected that they were secretly photographed in showers and toilets during the camp. The incidents have been reported to police, and police have increased their presence at the camp.
The camp in Norra Åsum is a so-called jamboree where more than 18,000 scouts from all over the world have gathered.
