During the match at Madison Square Garden, Ibeh landed a series of punches to his opponent's head - causing Miller's toupee to fall to the ground and revealing a large bald spot on the top of his head, to the laughter and surprise of the audience.
For the rest of the round, the toupee was only half in place, prompting Jarell Miller to finally rip it off and throw it into the crowd at Madison Square Garden with a big smile.
In an interview after the match - which Miller won - he explained that he had lost his hair a few days earlier after using a shampoo he found at his mother's, and therefore got a toupee.
"He (Ibeh) kicked the shit out of me," Miller said.
