The girls came into contact with the man when, while fleeing the accommodation they were both placed in, they posted a question on social media about alcohol. The man responded and offered a bottle of vodka in exchange for a kiss each. Later that day, he raped the twelve-year-old girl.
The man and the fifteen-year-old met again on several occasions, but what started as voluntary intercourse then turned into another rape.
He is now convicted of rape of the older girl, child rape of the younger one, and child pornography for filming parts of an act of intercourse with the fifteen-year-old. He is also convicted of unlawful possession of alcohol.
The penalty is five years in prison and damages of approximately 250,000 kronor to each girl. The man denies the crime.
