The offences for which the district court convicted the man are rape of a child, sexual abuse of a child and sexual assault of a child. The offences are said to have occurred in the autumn of 2024.
The sentence will be three years and six months in prison, and the man will remain in custody until the sentence is served.
The man, who was convicted despite denying the offences, must also pay damages of 325,000 kronor to the girl.
