Florida Panthers are on their way to their third straight Stanley Cup final. Swede Jesper Boqvist made a successful effort with a goal and two assists when he got the chance in Florida's top line. It's about being ready, says Boqvist after the 6–2 victory over Carolina.

The 26-year-old from Falun got the chance due to his teammate Sam Reinhart being placed on the bench with an injury to his left knee. The Swede stood for the 2-1 goal and Florida scored a total of five goals within a span of just over ten minutes in the third period. Carolina never recovered from that surge and the club is now in a really bad spot.

Florida's Brad Marchand poured praise on his Swedish teammate when the win was a fact.

"Bokey" has been really good every time he's played in the chain. Incredible match by him, says Marchand.

The Florida Panthers, reigning Stanley Cup champions following last year's final victory over Edmonton Oilers, can secure a new final spot on Tuesday night Swedish time, when they have 3-0 in matches against Carolina.

In a potential new Stanley Cup final, they may face Edmonton again. In the series between Edmonton and Dallas, it currently stands at 1-1 in matches.
