The national bomb squad is on site in Norrköping after a suspected explosion at a villa in the Hageby district. No one was injured, but among other things, window panes on the property are broken, the police write on their website.
The alarm came at around 18:30 on Saturday after the police were alerted about a loud bang in the area.
The area around the villa has been cordoned off and a technical investigation is being conducted. The police have also questioned witnesses.
No one has been arrested in connection with the incident, which is classified as gross general endangerment, gross unlawful threats, and gross offense against the law on fire hazardous and explosive goods.
