Boeing's CEO Kelly Ortberg cancels his trip to the Paris air show to focus on the investigation of the plane crash in India.
“While our industry is preparing to start the Paris Air Show, both I and (Boeing's COO) Stephanie (Pope) have cancelled our plans to attend so that we can be with our team and focus on our customer and the investigation,” he writes in a message to employees that AFP has seen.
It was on Thursday that one of the company's Dreamliner planes crashed in India. The cause of the crash is not yet clear.
