"A passing boat called us," says Daniel Ståleby, sea rescue leader at the Maritime and Air Rescue Centre.
The Coast Guard, the Maritime Rescue Society and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
The accident occurred on Saturday morning in Kramfors municipality and the boat's driver has been taken to hospital. There are no reports of injuries.
