Boat capsizes off Puerto Rico, 2 dead and dozens rescued after 60 believed aboard

At least 40 people have been rescued from the water after a boat capsized off Puerto Rico, according to the Coast Guard. Two people have been found dead, and about 60 people are believed to have been on board.

Rescue efforts are underway. The survivors were in the water for more than twelve hours before a boat discovered them and contacted authorities.

The boat capsized after a fight in which people were seriously injured.

It is unclear where the people on the boat came from.
