“It ends with a deal,” notes Variety, referring to the title of the film “It Ends with Us.”
It was after the filming of it that the leading actress Blake Lively, at the end of 2024, accused her co-star and director Justin Baldoni of sexually harassing her during filming - and Baldoni, with the help of a PR firm, then launched a smear campaign against Lively.
Baldoni, for his part, has previously sued Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds for defamation.
