For the second time this season, Björklöven managed to treat the home crowd to a two-digit goal explosion that was something out of the ordinary.
As early as nine seconds in, Marcus "Lilliz" Nilsson opened Friday's goal column. And when the first period was played, the score was "only" 3–0 to the home team.
But it was in the second period that things would take off.
The home supporters got to celebrate six times in the middle period, and with a whole period left, Björklöven had taken the lead with 9–1. The final period became a formality, but "Löven" managed to score two more goals.
The final score was 11–2, and top scorer became Maxime Fortier, who scored a hat-trick.
The team thus passed Södertälje in the HockeyAllsvenskan table, moving up to third place.
