The Bitcoin exchange rate has set a new record several times in 2025.
The climb began in November last year when Donald Trump, who signaled a crypto-friendly policy, won the presidential election in the USA.
Other cryptocurrencies – such as the second largest, ether – have also set exchange rate records.
On Thursday morning, one bitcoin was worth 1,175 million kronor, while one ether was at just over 45,000 kronor.
