Bird strike forces Linköping-Amsterdam flight to land in Gothenburg

The plane departed at 6 a.m. Saturday from Linköping Airport with 122 passengers on board. According to Corren, no one was injured in the incident.

Magnus Grimhed, CEO of Linköping City Airport, confirms that the probable cause was a bird strike.

"I have no information about the extent of the incident or the technical status of the aircraft," he writes in an email to Corren.
