The first contract is worth $105 million (equivalent to SEK 1 billion), the construction group writes in a press release. Work is ongoing and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, according to Skanska.
In a separate press release, Skanska said it has been awarded another additional contract to build a data center in Virginia worth $58 million (equivalent to SEK 570 million). This work is also scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
