The world tour "The Eras Tour" lasted for over a year and a half, between March 2023 and December 2024. In total, the tour brought in 18.5 billion kronor and those who worked on it will now share 1.8 billion kronor, writes the Daily Mail.
In the documentary "Taylor Swift: The end of an era", which was recently released on Disney+, you can see how the team - everything from dancers to sound engineers and truck drivers - breaks down in shock and tears when they receive the news of the huge bonus.
"You have taken on the tour with such enthusiasm and curiosity and you have shown incredible perseverance. The tour has gone very well and I want to thank you for your hard work," Swift says in the documentary.
Swift has also previously given out large bonuses to staff on her tours.
