The Clintons have previously declined subpoenas to testify in the House of Representatives, but a spokesperson for the former president now says the Clintons will do so.

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee has over the winter requested that Bill and Hillary Clinton testify in an investigation into Epstein. After the couple failed to appear, committee chairman James Comer has threatened to launch contempt of Congress proceedings.
Former President Bill Clinton is mentioned numerous times in the Epstein investigation documents that have been released in recent weeks. His spokesman has stated that Clinton was unaware of Epstein's crimes and that he had ended his relationship with Epstein when those crimes came to light.
