When Donald Trump's staff rearranges the White House, portraits of former presidents have been hung in a row. But instead of a portrait of Joe Biden, they have hung up a picture of an automatic pen.

Presidential tables have been hung in a "walk of fame" for presidents in the house's western wing, reports American media. Trump's employees have in social media highlighted that Biden's table only shows a pen.

President Trump has in recent years accused Joe Biden and the employees around him of having used an automatic pen to sign important political decisions – with the message that Biden would no longer have been capable of making them on his own. This, Biden and his employees have dismissed as pure lies.

Automatic pens are used to recreate a person's signature in detail, usually when large quantities of paper are to be signed. Presidents from both parties have previously used such pens.

Joe Biden was 78 years old when he took office as president in 2021 and Donald Trump was a few months older than that when he was sworn in again earlier this year. The two are the oldest presidents the USA has had.
