Bianca Ingrosso's stalker is also sentenced in the Svea Court of Appeal for unlawful harassment and receives five months in prison. This is reported by Dagens Juridik.

It was in the spring that the now 39-year-old man was arrested and detained, on probable cause suspected of unlawful harassment of Bianca Ingrosso. The crime had, according to the indictment, been ongoing since October last year, in various places in Stockholm.

Last Friday, the judgment of the Svea Court of Appeal against the man fell – where one establishes the district court's judgment against the 39-year-old.

The Stockholm District Court sentenced the man to five months in prison. The harassment had, according to the district court, included eight cases of molestation, one case of sexual molestation and two cases of unlawful threats, writes Dagens Juridik.

According to the court, it is clear that the 39-year-old's actions have had a significant impact on Bianca Ingrosso's well-being and on her conditions for practicing her profession.

Like the district court, the court of appeal assesses that each of the acts is part of a repeated violation of Bianca Ingrosso's integrity.
