Sales in retail trade increased in December by 2.9 percent in volume, seasonally adjusted, according to figures from SCB.
Compared to December 2023, the increase was 5.6 percent.
Looking at the fourth quarter, the sales increase, in volume, was 2.2 percent higher than the previous quarter, also seasonally adjusted and calendar-adjusted.
It has gone best for non-durable goods trade.
