Tenth place earned Grant a prize of $49,478, equivalent to just under 447,000 kronor, according to the LPGA's website.
Grant was among the leaders throughout the competition. After the second round, she was tied for fifth and after the third, tied for sixth, heading into the final round.
There she fell slightly in the final standings, finishing six strokes under par, eight strokes behind the winner, Australian Hannah Green.
So far this season, Grant's best results have been a tie for 17th and a tie for 32nd.
Ingrid Lindblad, the second Swede in the competition, fared worse. She finished last among the 72 starters, 24 strokes over par.
