"In a few months it will be time to say goodbye to the city where we not only won so much as a club, but also where I started my married life and my family," Silva writes on Instagram.
The 31-year-old joined the English giants from Monaco in 2017, and has since made 451 appearances.
He has won six Premier League titles and one Champions League title with the club, among other honours.
