The away team took the lead in the fourth minute when Kenny Tete's shot went past a Tottenham defender and into the goal. Two minutes later, Harry Wilson doubled the lead into an open goal after Spurs goalkeeper Vicario had been out and spun it.
The victory is Fulham's first away win against Tottenham in over twelve years.
