The cold has hit hard against both the Swedish national team and several others. And now another Swede has been forced to withdraw from the Tour de Ski – just hours before the final stage up the alpine slope Alpe Cermis.

Eric Rosjö has announced that he will not start due to cold symptoms, writes Aftonbladet.

Luckily for Rosjö, who was called into the squad after Calle Halfvarsson was forced to cancel, he didn't miss out on any top placement.

The Swede was 41st before the final stage.

The men's climb starts at 14.15 and the women's at 15.30.
