Just over nine out of ten export companies expect their order intake to increase or remain unchanged over the next twelve months, according to a barometer from the state-owned company Svensk Kreditexport (SEK).

The optimism is clear despite the fact that development over the past six months has been subdued, SEK writes in a press release.

"A total of 44 percent of export companies expect an increase in incoming orders, while 47 percent believe in an unchanged level. Only 9 percent expect a decrease in incoming export orders," the company writes.

The barometer is based on interviews with 200 export companies, September 22-October 27.
