As many as 60 cows may have been burned inside since the barn where they stood caught fire during the night in Ölmstad, outside Gränna.
When we arrived, it was already a fully developed fire, says Christoffer Carmestedt, rescue leader to P4 Jönköping.
The alarm came just before 4 o'clock and the barn was completely destroyed. However, some animals have been rescued.
The cause of the fire is not established and the police have started an investigation into arson, but there is no suspect.
