Bad Bunny sang the songs "Tití Me Preguntó", "DTMF" and "Yo Perreo Sola", among others.

"God bless America," he said during the performance, and then read out the names of many countries in both North and South America.

Most of the performance was in Spanish, but Lady Gaga sang the song "Die with a smile" in English - her duet partner, Bruno Mars, however, was not present.

The fact that Spanish was the dominant language was not appreciated by former President Donald Trump.

"Terrible"

"The Super Bowl halftime show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst EVER!" he writes on Truth Social, adding:

"Nobody understands a word this guy is saying."

Ricky Martin sang Bad Bunny's song "Lo que le pasó a Hawaii." Other celebrities joined Bad Bunny's Puerto Rican-inspired stage without singing. Among them were rapper Cardi B, who performed the song "I Like It" with Bad Bunny and J Balvin, actors Pedro Pascal and Jessica Alba, artist Karol G, and rapper Young Miko.

Historical

Even before the show, Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny made history at the Super Bowl, becoming the first solo and headlining act to sing primarily in Spanish.

Bad Bunny recently won three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for "Debí tirar más fotos," the first Spanish-language album to win the award.

The game itself was won by the Seattle Seahawks, who faced the New England Patriots at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
