Two relatives were arrested shortly after it was discovered that the young child had died. P4 Dalarna was first to report. They were remanded in custody on Friday and detention hearings were held in Falu District Court on Saturday.
But the district court did not think the suspicion against them reached either probable cause or the level of probable manslaughter, says Lassbo.
The relatives were released, but suspicions remain.
Lassbo cannot comment on what would constitute suspicion of a crime.
