"It feels very good that the case can now be tried in the district court. Now that the procedural basis has been clarified, I look forward to a fair examination of the actual issue," says Pournouri in a written comment to Realtid.
In March the district court dismissed Pournouri's lawsuit, which was directed against several companies controlled by Tim "Avicii" Bergling's family.
Pournouri believes he has been singled out as responsible for Bergling's mental illness and suicide in 2018.
