”It is with great sorrow that we have received the news that Per has passed away", writes Daniel Sandström, publisher at Albert Bonniers Förlag, in a statement to TT.
”He embodied the best in the Swedish public sphere. In him there was education, language, enlightenment, conversation – the civilized struggle for what is right, the dream of an open society. Per was a friend, appreciated colleague and an intellectual role model. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten”.
