Australia's central bank lowers its key interest rate for the first time since November 2020.
The rate is lowered by 25 points to 4.1 percent, which is also in line with expectations.

"If monetary policy is eased too much too soon, the inflation reduction may stall", the central bank writes, also warning that global outlooks are clearly uncertain.
