Värnamo's relegation to Superettan became a fact already last weekend and the Småland residents had, as expected, not much to set against Djurgården in Stockholm.
The home team had 2–0 already at half-time and in the beginning of the second half, August Priske stepped into action. First, he breastfed in 3–0 in the 50th minute and just a minute later Priske shot 4–0 with his left foot.
The 21-year-old Dane has made 17 goals in this year's Allsvenskan and now tops the scoring league, one goal ahead of Hammarby's Nahir Besara.
Djurgården has two matches left to play and climbs thanks to the victory to fourth place in a halting table.
