A man in his 25s has been detained, suspected of attempted murder of a man in his 60s in Sollefteå on Thursday evening, reports Tidningen Ångermanland.
The older man is being treated at the hospital for life-threatening injuries.
The incident occurred in a residence and according to the police, the man was injured with a sharp object, according to the newspaper. The arrested and the injured are said to be acquaintances.
