A woman in her 80s was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Eksjö municipality on Tuesday evening, according to police.
The incident occurred in a residence, and the woman is suspected of stabbing a man in his 60s in the chest with a knife. The man was taken to hospital, but is not believed to have life-threatening injuries. It is unclear what else happened.
The alarm about the incident was received at around 10 p.m.
