15 Iranian missiles and four drones were fired at the United Arab Emirates, according to the country's Defense Ministry.

A major fire broke out at a fuel facility at a port in the emirate of Fujairah following an Iranian drone attack, according to local authorities. At least three people, all Indian citizens, were reported injured.

The extent of the fire is unclear, but the port is a major hub for crude oil and fuel. It is also the terminus of an oil pipeline that the United Arab Emirates has used to bypass sea transport through the Strait of Hormuz.

"The attacks constitute a dangerous escalation and an unacceptable violation," the UAE's Foreign Ministry wrote in a statement, emphasizing that it reserves the right to respond.

The attacks have targeted civilian sites and facilities in the country, according to the UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This is the first time the UAE has been subjected to Iranian attacks since the ceasefire between the US and Iran began in early April.
