Attack Sparks Large Fire at Crimea's Biggest Oil Terminal

The largest oil terminal on Russian-occupied Crimea was hit in an attack overnight, which has resulted in a large-scale fire, according to Ukrainian reports. The fire is said to be visible from several miles away.

The terminal Feodosja, where up to 250,000 tons of oil can be stored, is located about 25 miles from Ukraine-controlled territory. Further explosions have been reported near the airfields Saki and Katja, writes The Kyiv Independent.

Ukraine has also hit one of Russia's largest explosives factories, which supplies the Russian military, according to the country's military on X. The factory is located in western Russia.

On Monday morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the country had shot down more than 250 drones over, among other places, Kursk, Belgorod, and Crimea. There are reports that tens of thousands of people were left without power in Belgorod after the attack, which is said to have caused extensive damage.
