One of the passengers, a teenage boy, suffered life-threatening injuries when the vehicle overturned, crashed, and caught fire.
The A-tractor had been modified to run like a regular passenger car and was being driven at between 150 and 200 kilometers per hour before the driver lost control, writes Borlänge Tidning.
The boy is charged with causing bodily harm, a felony, gross negligence in traffic, and gross reckless driving. His parents are charged with permitting reckless driving.
