Six people were killed in an attack near the port city of Tyre. Another attack further south killed four people earlier on Friday. The ministry said several rescue workers and a child were among the dead.
Early Friday morning, the Israeli military said two people who had been moving "in a suspicious manner" near the border were killed in an airstrike.
Exchanges of fire between Israel and Hezbollah are ongoing despite a formal ceasefire being in place between the parties since April 17.
