According to the authorities, a minibus in Kherson was attacked by a Russian drone.
“The ruthless Russian ‘safari’ against our people in Kherson has long since exceeded the limits of what a normal person can imagine,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on social media.
The frontline city of Kherson, on the Dnieper River in southern Ukraine, was retaken by Ukrainians a few months after the Russian occupation in 2022. Today, the city is divided, with Russian forces controlling the eastern side. The western side is regularly shelled by Russia with artillery and drones.
